Join us for an inspiring and transformative online course, "Making Good Decisions: Using the Wisdom of St. Ignatius Loyola," designed specifically for young adults (18-40 years).

Over the course of 6 weeks, from February 18th to March 25th, 2025, this course will explore the art of decision-making through Ignatian Spirituality. Guided by experienced facilitators Fr Brendan McManus, SJ and Kathleen Duffy, participants will delve into reflective practices like guided meditation, small group discussions, plenary sharing, and the Examen, all rooted in the timeless wisdom of St. Ignatius Loyola. 

Whether you're navigating life's choices or seeking a deeper connection to your inner wisdom, this course will offer valuable insights and support. 

Sessions will be held via Zoom on Tuesday evenings from 7–9 pm. A voluntary donation of €60 is suggested, with registration available through Manresa Reception (by email: reception@manresa.ie or by phone: 01 552 9448). Registration is limited to 20 people, first come first serve basis.
